Real Food & Beer Garden

Feed your soul and your belly at the Real Food Market and put your support behind local restaurants making a positive contribution to our local economy. Real Food is food that has a story you want to hear – from field to table. Our food vendors play a pivotal role in the Zero Waste Goal – all food ware is biodegradable and can be composted. You are welcome to bring your own or support local enterprise in sharing healthful, REAL food. By bringing your own mug, plate and service ware YOU will have a tremendous influence on this effort!

Mugs Coffee Lounge - A staple of the Fort Collins community. They focus on relationships while providing an assortment of drinks and food. Mugs is wind powered, uses only compostable and disposable supplies, provides compost and recycling receptacles in the shop and is committed to Fair Trade, organic, local and homemade.

Whole Foods Market - all of the ingredients are natural or organic and as many as possible are locally grown. That means no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, preservatives or heart-clogging trans fats. It means the food is pure, fresh, flavorful, and just plain wonderful, produced by farmers who care about quality and their environment.

Gaias Galley - Gaias Galley is a gourmet mobile kitchen turning out a unique plant-based menu that you wont find anywhere else A perfect fusion of flavor and nutrition thatll have even the most devout meat eaters asking for seconds No imitation meats and no nutritionally vacant fillers every bite is a vegelicious concoction prepared to support a healthy body and mind.

Tumbleweed Super Tasty Treats You know it as the Gyro Cart from Old Town Square – join us at the Fair for hummus, Gyros, & locally sourced brats and hot dogs done just right.

Waffle Lab – We specialize in gourmet Belgian-style Liège waffles and unique waffle combinations. Researchers here at The Waffle Lab delight in developing a variety of sweet creations and savory concoctions that are perfect for any time of the day!

Beer Garden
Welcome to the Sustainable Living Fair. We invite you to help us celebrate two of the region’s premier breweries. Internationally recognized for their dedication to the environment and philanthropy, New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies are brewers of many fine beers, several of which are featured in the Beer Garden.

Enjoy one of these fine beverages in a reusable SLA Pint Glass or Wine Glass. Each 16 oz. fill of beer and each 6 oz. fill of mead, cider or wine are $4. If you don’t wish to keep the pint glass, you can return it for a $2 refund.* All proceeds from the Beer Garden go directly to the SLA and help ensure the future of the Fair.

*Only reusable glasses will be refunded.  We can offer no refund for lost, stolen or damaged glasses. Please drink responsibly.

Located in the heart of beautiful Estes Park, Colorado – Snowy Peaks Winery offers a taste of Colorado.  The wines featured in the Beer Garden are made solely from Colorado grapes and produced in Estes.
